The task distribution is based on the hierarchical structure and specialization of each key member of the executive team, ensuring efficient management and a strategic focus on each area of the project. We have a General Manager, a Sales and Marketing Director, a Web and Operations Director, and a Purchasing and Financial Director, each with clearly defined responsibilities that allow for a smooth allocation of tasks and the achievement of company goals.

Priority of Critical Features

Priority has been given to fundamental tasks for the operation of the company, such as ERP customization with Odoo, user creation, and inventory configuration. These are essential to ensure that the system is ready to manage business information and that the online store operates correctly.

Specialization and Member Skills

Tasks have been assigned according to the skills and knowledge of each member. For example, the design team takes care of the logo, the Dashboard background, and the creation of the website, while those with more knowledge of databases manage inventory and personal data of the directors.

Work Division for Greater Efficiency  

Some tasks, such as creating products in inventory and activating the blog, have been distributed so that several members work in parallel, speeding up the process without compromising quality. Additionally, rotating blog writing helps distribute the workload fairly.
